Aufgaben

• Develop visual identities, brand systems, and design guidelines
• Design websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences
• Create client presentations, concept boards, and visual directions

• Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients

• Explore and integrate AI-supported design workflows where valuable

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional design craft, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for building brands and digital experiences. From visual identities and websites to presentations and digital touchpoints, you know how to turn ideas into beautifully crafted design. You combine strong aesthetics with clear thinking. You understand how brands work, how digital experiences should feel, and how design creates business value. Whether you’re developing a new identity, refining a website, or creating a client presentation, you care deeply about quality and detail.

Brand Thinking

You understand brands beyond logos and colors. You help shape visual identities, design systems, and brand expressions that create consistency across every touchpoint.

Design Excellence

Typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and attention to detail come naturally to you. You know how to elevate work from good to exceptional.

Digital Mindset

You understand how modern websites and digital products should look, feel, and communicate. You create experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals.

Conceptual Strength

You develop strong visual directions and design approaches that bring strategic ideas to life. You can explain not only what works, but why it works.

• 4+ years experience in branding, digital design, or agency environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and web design projects
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, and design principles
• Excellent skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Webflow, Agentic workflows
• Ability to think conceptually while maintaining a high level of executional craft Experience working directly with clients and presenting design work Interest in emerging technologies and AI-supported creative workflows Fluent in German and English
