Exyte Germany GmbH (1001) Discover your exciting role The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Expert is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the Exyte Group safety and environmental policies and programs. This person will collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on EHS matters to management and project teams.
Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Organize and execute health, safety, and environmental programs to promote safe behavior.
Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, and manage adverse event investigations.
Develop and implement EHS campaigns and strategies.
Lead contractor EHS onsite audits and participate in project evaluations and environmental audits

Show your expertise

Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer
Teamwork proficiency across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree).
Very good German skills, good English skills
Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site over longer time-period
