The following challenges await you:

As part of the Heraeus IT team, you collaborate with IT- and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for applications focused on Customer Channels such as Microsoft Cloud Dynamics 365 (capabilities in the divisions of pre-sales, sales, after-sales, marketing and customer service) and Online Channels (such as Customer Portals) to improve Digital Customer Experience.
Collaborate with members from various IT teams to oversee the development, implementation, and regression testing of applications following the integrated approach cross D365 modules and cross business divisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and technologies and proactively work with business stakeholders to identify use cases for the respective Heraeus companies.
Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify functional specifications for enhancements and customizations (focus on D365).
Assuming responsibilities in the role of a D365 administrator, with a focus on D365 modules from the integrated setup.
Drive adoption and monitoring of tool & process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement as enhancement realization.

Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
5+ years of experience working with D365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), ideally in a consulting or solution-oriented role
Deep know-how of administration and configuration of D365 environments and environment & lifecycle management
Strong knowledge with popular D365 technologies like Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages
Know-how of divisions related to Data & Compliance within D365 realizations
Experience in gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, process mapping and creating functional specifications in an integrated approach like integration within D365 application
Knowledge of data management best practices and data integration concepts is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business language into IT requirements and vice versa
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
