- Independent management and processing of ocean freight shipments from A to Z •
- Acting as a point of contact and interface between customers, our network, and our business partners •
- Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility •
- Negotiations with service providers •
- Invoicing of ocean freight shipments with full cost control and results overview Applicant's profile •
- Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding agent •
- Very good MS Office skills •
- Independent working style and high level of commitment •
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to work in a team •
- Confident command of English, both spoken and written
