Senior Project Manager Clinical Supply Systems (m/w/d) (Informatiker/in)

Hauptaufgabengebiet:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining training materials for CSM IT systems and independently conducting system training for new employees related to CSM IT systems ►
• Responsible for reflecting processes of external partners in CSM IT systems, including master data management and considering the influence on all relevant system functionalities ►
• Responsible for processing inquiries and problem solutions relating to the functionality of CSM IT systems and independent resolution of highly complex incidents from root cause analysis to resolution ►
• Independent definition of new global processes with CSM from the perpective of system functionalities, as well as when writing user requirement specifications ►
• Independent preparation of proposals to optimize cross-departmental work processes to improve efficiency and cost structure
• ► Preparation and implementation of IT interfacest o CSM IT systems and system requirements
• ► Research, collection and visualization of statistics and KPIs. Developement of IT solutions for new local processes and process optimizations with the respective specialist area, from idea to testing to implementation
• ► Takes on system lifecycle activities, documentation, UAT approvals, system access approvals and coordination of upgrade and system change activities with respective business and IT partners
• ► Coordinates the creation and update to global SOPs, work instructions and training materials in the area of clinical supply management in relation to IT systems of the Clinical Supply Systems Business Excellence Group
• ► Communication with global users of CSM IT systems regarding complex problem solutions, CAPA support, evaluation of new processes and system upgrades and changes

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or equivalent education preferably in IT or related field of study with typically 7 or more years of experience or Master or equivalent education with typically 5 or more years of experience ►
• Prior experience in clinical drug, drug development or GMP/GCP area required ►
• Good understanding of database setup and usage as well as profound SQL knowledge ►
• Must have experience in one of the following areas: Clinical Supply Chain (e.g. Clinical Supply Systems), Application development with Python, IT-System support ►
• Strong skills in customer orientation and prioritization required, taking into account business criticality for CSM for immediate requests as well as cost benefit considerations for more complex requests, like automations, reports, new processes or new systems
• ► Proactive approach to problem solving, thinking outside of the box and ability to identify creative solutions to unique problems
