Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Automotive (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Take operational responsibility for managing multiple development projects
• Lead and coordinate application projects while ensuring commercial and business objectives are achieved
• Ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day project operations, including resource planning, task prioritisation and close coordination with the Project Operations Manager, Project Managers and Technical Team Leads
• Plan, manage and deliver projects in close collaboration with our customers
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, defined processes and quality standards
• Present project progress and project results to customers
• Identify opportunities for process, resource and project workflow improvements and drive their implementation
• Take over operational project responsibilities in critical project situations to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile:

• Successfully completed a university degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience managing development projects in the fields of internal combustion engines and powertrain systems, for example as a Senior Project Manager or in a comparable position
• Strong business acumen combined with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Experience working closely with senior management and executive leadership
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness and a strong team-oriented mindset
