What you can expect

You are responsible for ensuring a winning candidate journey – from talent attraction to contract negotiation and creation
You take ownership of the full recruiting process in your area – including interviews across all career levels as well as international partner recruiting
You proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with potential candidates
You work proactively with hiring managers from the chapters and corporate functions
You recognize trends in the market, including the ability to adapt them to your own area

Ready for Detecon?

At least six years of professional experience as a recruiter or recruiting consultant – ideally consulting experience
You are assertive and have strong negotiating skills
Experience with using common applicant tracking systems and sourcing solutions
You have cross-functional project management experience
Fluent in German and English
