(Senior) Research Engineer (f/m/d): SAP Data for Foundation Models on Structured Data

What you`ll do:
PhD or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, physics, mathematics or other relevant disciplines. 5+ years of professional experience with Machine Learning on Structured Data, and its application in a business context. Important: Good knowledge of SAP data and SAP applications: Their data models and business objects. Not just the extraction interfaces but down to table level. Some experience in training foundation models at scale is a plus. Experience in Data Engineering with a hands-on approach to solving data challenges. Fluent in Python and the ability to convert your ideas into productive code. Developer experience with any SAP Application and its underlying data models is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
