- Lead strategic customer conversations from vision to measurable outcomes, engaging with Head of to C-level executives.
- Conduct discovery across marketing, digital, IT, and security to uncover value and unlock momentum.
- Craft and deliver high-impact presentations and demos that encourage and convert, focusing on AI trends and tangible use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Specialists to win complex enterprise deals.
- Advise on architecture and feasibility with IT collaborators, ensuring flawless integrations and performance.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise pre-sales or solution consulting experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Managed Services.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, content as a service, and omnichannel delivery.
- Familiarity with web infrastructure, including web/app servers, DNS, and performance considerations.
- Strong skills in managing collaborators and the ability to work across teams.
- Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI and content strategies.
