Your Role
- Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design complex
- analog/mixed signal
- building blocks
- Develop
- memory architectures
- and
- circuits to product requirements
- Lead
- functional
- and
- robustness post-layout verification/ simulation
- (parasitics, I/R drop, current analysis, ...)
- Build
- automated performance characterization flows
- for pre-silicon validation
- Support development of functional/ behavioral models for system-level co-simulation
- Provide integration support into the design flow and cooperate with toplevel integration
Your Profile
- A degree in
- electrical engineering
- ,
- applied physics
- or
- computer science
- At least
- 5 years of professional experience
- in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
- Strong
- technical background
- in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
- Excellent
- communication
- and
- collaboration skills
- , with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
- Fluent English
- (written and spoken); German is a plus
