Key responsibilities in your new role

• Refactor, enhance, and maintain a lab automation framework forthe measurement of discrete devices, enabling a sustainable rolloutacross Infineon- Supportthe definition and establishment of a common lab automation backbone fordiscrete device measurement, IC verification, and systemvalidation at Infineon- Maintain,support, and gradually modernize legacy lab automation tools and infrastructure- Collaborateclosely with internal stakeholders and development teams tocapture requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions- Fosterinnovation in lab automation through modern software engineering practices,data analytics, and AI-assisted development toolsYour profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed- A degreein Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field- Atleast 5+ years of professional experience in hardware-relatedsoftware development- Advancedprogramming skills in Python, Matlab, and C/C++- Aprofound understanding of software development methodologies, softwarearchitecture, and system design,* *combined with strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools,including GitLab and CI/CD pipelines- Experiencewith lab automation frameworks, test and measurement systems, PXIplatforms, and instrument driver development, ideally including virtualprototyping and simulation-based validation- Experiencein automated data analysis and report generation, as well ashands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic AIsystems (e.g., GitHub Copilot)- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative,stakeholder-oriented mindset, and the drive to foster technicalinnovation

• Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
