About the Role On behalf of an innovative and fast-growing technology company (a true hidden champion in its field), I am currently looking for a Senior System Administrator / DevOps Specialist (gn) who wants to go beyond simply maintaining infrastructure—and instead actively shape and evolve it. Deine Aufgaben
You will act as a key interface between IT Operations, Development, and Production , ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and highly performant . At the same time, you’ll play a central role in driving automation and DevOps best practices forward.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and continuously improving modern IT infrastructures •
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments •
- Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) for scalable and consistent environments •
- Working with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) •
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies •
- Ensuring system stability, availability, and security across the platform •
- Collaborating closely with development teams to enhance architecture and deployment workflows ????

Dein Profil
- Several years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer •
- Strong expertise in Linux environments, networking, and firewalls •
- Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation •
- Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning •
- Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures is a plus •
- A structured, hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenge
