Senior Tax Reporting Specialist GER (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Responsible for fund investments’ tax reporting Germany for investors /
• Carrying out analyses of extensive tax and financial data sets /
• Preparing and reviewing forms to fulfil tax reporting obligations for investors in Germany /
• Preparing tabular summaries and drafting footnotes for investors, e.g. regarding reportable transactions /
• Processing various client orders and ensuring that special cases are recorded correctly and that the results of detailed reporting are accurate /
• Developing analytical dashboards and reporting frameworks, as well as optimising reporting processes, automation and quality controls /
• Monitoring the quality of report outputs, including rectifying potential errors in collaboration with support teams /
• Participating in projects spanning multiple countries and time zones /
• Contributing to the development of AI-based tools for automating analyses and ensuring compliance with legal requirements /
• Ad hoc projects.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax law or business law /
• Practical professional experience in the field of German tax reporting at one of the ‘Big Four’ or a tax consultancy firms /
• Knowledge of tax compliance and the relevant forms /
• Professional experience in the fund industry involving reporting to investors /
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work as part of a team /
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills /
• Strong project management and communication skills /
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment /
• Adaptability and resilience when dealing with change /
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
