Service Staff (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time

Your responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Providing a warm welcome, offering recommendations on food and beverages, and taking orders.
• Service: Serving food and beverages in our restaurant and on the sun terrace.
• Events: Support for events, weddings, and celebrations right on the lake.
• Preparation: Setting the tables and preparing the service stations (mise en place).
• Quality: Adherence to our cleanliness and hygiene standards.

What should you bring with you?

• Experience: Ideally, some prior experience in customer service—but motivated career changers are also warmly welcome.
• Personality: You're a team player with a friendly, open demeanor, and you enjoy interacting with guests.
• Work Style: You are reliable and organized, and you keep everything under control even when the workload is heavy in the summer.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (when the lake is busiest).
• Language skills: Good German language skills for communicating with our guests.
