Assembly & Commissioning: You will assemble complex mechatronic systems - including mechanical assembly, electrical installation, configuration, and commissioning of test benches, measuring instruments, and software solutions
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: You will perform technical tests, measurements, and troubleshooting, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems through maintenance and repairs
Customer Support & Training: You’ll provide our customers with advice and assistance - whether by phone, online, or on-site - and conduct training sessions to ensure they’re fully equipped to use our systems
Documentation & Reports: You’ll create and maintain technical documentation, system descriptions, and service reports - ensuring they’re precise and easy to follow
System Optimization: You analyze existing system architectures and further develop them—ensuring our solutions remain technically up to date at all times

A completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in technical service - particularly in installation, commissioning, and maintenance
The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide expert advice to customers
Willingness to travel for installations and training sessions - which can generally be planned well in advance
Initiative, team spirit, and a structured approach to work
