What you´ll do

Implementing Henkel Company Quality standard and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant
Leading the site quality program
Direct leadership of the site quality team. Indirect leadership across the site through consistent quality program implementation
Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through
Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company-specific requirements
Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis
Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quality or technical fields
5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality leadership position in production
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Fluent language skills in German and English
