Your Role
Your Profile
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Physics or a comparable scientific field
- More than three years of experience in the characterization of semiconductor materials
- A strong focus and deep expertise in XRD or C/V measurement techniques
- A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style
- A structured and precise work style , characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/ ).
