Store Manager Dean&David — U.S. Operations (m/f/d)

Your role: As Store Manager, you are the driving force behind your location's success. You will lead a team of passionate food enthusiasts, ensure operational excellence, and champion the Dean&David brand values — fresh, healthy, sustainable — every single day. You will own full responsibility for your store, manage all day-to-day operations, and serve as the primary ambassador of our guest experience standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-10 employees; foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Dean&David values
• Drive sales performance, manage budgets, and optimize labor costs to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and Dean&David quality standards
• Oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and waste reduction initiatives
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience that reflects our brand promise: fresh, fast, and genuinely delicious
• Report operational results and strategic insights to the Regional Director; implement company initiatives at store level

• 3+ years of management experience in food service, fast-casual, or retail environments
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced setting
• Strong business acumen — comfortable reading P&L statements and acting on data
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Passion for healthy, sustainable food and genuine enthusiasm for the Dean&David brand mission
