DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d)for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In thisrole, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligningstakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supportingthe successful implementation of project objectives. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee strategic projects from initiationthrough to successful completion
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to alignpriorities and achieve business objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and developsolutions to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate meetings, communication and reporting with management andcross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support theimplementation of strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the development and optimization of business processesand project management approachesRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, ProjectManagement, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience inproject coordination or project management, preferably in aninternational environment
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholdermanagement
• Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• Excellent written and spoken English Skills, German is a plusWhat we offer:
