Tasks
You’ll join an international HR IT team, working on a modern SAP SuccessFactors + H4S4 landscape.
- Develop Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting
- Support upcoming Employee Central & Talent projects
- Work on future EC Time Management & EC Payroll projects
- Build integrations using CPI, REST & OData
- Work closely with HR, Key Users and IT
- Support SuccessFactors projects, workshops and 2nd-level support
Profile
- 3+ years’ SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Good hands-on SuccessFactors knowledge
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Ideally Employee Central experience
- Integration experience, ideally CPI, REST or OData
- SAP HCM / H4S4 knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and English
- Comfortable working with HR and international teams
