Supervisor, Asset Technician (m/f/d), Semi Service- Berlin (Außendienstmitarbeiter/in)

What You’ll Do

• Provide effective supervision and coaching to technical employees, ensuring the achievement of required quality and service output goals
• Act as the process leader for shop activities by systematically improving work standards with input from service technicians and the service center team
• Manage smooth workflow through the service center and maintain shop records and inventories
• Collaborate with the Semi Service Manager and key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed, and cost aligned with customer and business needs
• Ensure current and accurate work standards and engineering procedures, maintaining compliance for maximum quality
• Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations and the service center's safety program
• Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional growth while monitoring and coordinating training needs in partnership with Training Team

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred; automotive experience is required
• Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals, and meet deadlines
• Ability to lead group root-cause problem-solving activities and rapidly develop countermeasures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively interact with customers as required - Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime - Foundational computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office required
