Your tasks:
- Run, control, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain to improve operational performance
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and sales, ensuring smooth information flow and seamless handoffs
- Design and implement process improvements and supply chain tools, including ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation.
- Document processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive their adoption throughout the organization
- Prepare, analyze, and report on key supply chain KPIs, such as delivery performance and inventory levels, while supporting daily operations and cross-functional projects
- Act as the first escalation point for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures, driving rapid, solution-oriented resolutions with minimal business impact
- Oversee daily supply chain execution and supplier logistics relationships, ensuring on-time purchase orders, shipments, inventory movements, contingency planning, alternative sourcing strategies, and effective coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role, such as logistics, planning, procurement, or customer service
- Strong hands-on mentality with a willingness to actively support operational tasks and take ownership
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, as well as strong Excel skills and proficiency with digital tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
