Tasks
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Standard Solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop, maintain and optimize global Air & Road standard products, including SLAs, processes and pricing logic
- Drive automation, digitization and process improvements across the standard product portfolio
- Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner strategy, performance, and cost optimization
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor offerings to guide product development Monitor product performance and implement initiatives for continuous improvement Serve as the interface with IT and Project Management for product-related system enhancements Communicate product strategy, progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
- Several years of hands on experience in freight forwarding and logistics, ideally within a freight forwarding, airline cargo or transportation environment, as well as a proven track record in product management.
- Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
- Proven ability to data-driven decision making Proficient in MS Office and relevant software Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
