Your prospective job:

You are acting as a System Design Responsible (d/m/w) for Traffic Surveillance for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland in Donauwörth.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the System Design for Surveillance and Environmental Reconnaissance Solutions (Situational Awareness) - NH90
Requirement Engineering (Requirements Management), System Specification and Design
Definition of the Integration, Verification, and Validation Strategy
Support for bench, ground, and flight tests of the respective system or functions
Ensuring system qualification and certification at the helicopter level (H/C level)
Ensuring that the project is implemented in accordance with the overarching plan at the helicopter level
Stakeholder management with relevant stakeholders throughout the company (e.g., suppliers, project and program management)
Use of modern work practices and agile development methods, where applicable

Your profile:

Completed studies (Bachelor’s degree plus additional experience andcontinuing education / Master’s degree plus experience and continuing education) in engineering or a comparable field
Work experience in the field of Design Engineering, Engineering, Research and Development, Aerospace, Product Development, Technical Documentation and Stakeholder-Management
Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and integration in the field of avionics
Previous experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
Basic German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken - Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
