Technical Assistance Protein Analytics (m/f/d) (Agrarwirtschaftlich-technische/r Assistent/in)

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and documentation of protein-protein interaction experiments
• Perform cloning and genetic transformation of bacteria and plants
• Prepare, evaluate and report data in internal meetings
• Contribute to general lab maintenance and team operations

Bring in your potential:

• Completed training as BTA, ATA, LTA, bachelor’s or master’s degree in biochemistry or other comparable qualifications
• Experience with planta-based protein-protein interaction assay is a must have
• Knowledge of handling plant material and GH experiments is required
• Expertise in SDS-PAGE and western blotting methodologies will be considered a plus
• Experience with LIMS and ELN documentation
• High level of motivation and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory and German language skills will be beneficial
