Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

You will be the trusted technical contact for our customers on integration and design questions, and you will take projects from first requirements through to go-live. You are structured, solution-oriented and confident in front of customers, and you enjoy turning customer needs into clear specifications that development can act on.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for key customers on integration and design questions
- Write requirements documents and functional specifications
- Serve as the central link between our on-premises and SaaS customers and our development team
- Deliver update projects
- Manage customer projects for new and existing customers: Requirements analysis and specification
- Project management
- Quality assurance and acceptance of developments
- Installation on customer systems
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Volue Timeseries Hub
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, energy engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in IT consulting, application support or customer projects, ideally in the energy sector
- Experience in project management
- Skills in databases (SQL), interfaces (REST, file formats) and SaaS environments are a plus
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and confidence with customers
- Fluent German and English

- The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3.954 per month (full-time equivalent). The final salary will be determined based on your qualifications and relevant experience.
