Your tasks

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aeronautics and manufacturing processes.
Develop and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, workbenches, and test samples.
Conduct practical evaluations to qualify employees for special processes.
Perform on-the-job assessments to evaluate skills and support the continuous development of the technical staff.
Establish and update standard operating procedures to secure and maintain the company's industrial qualifications for special processes.

Your qualification

Strong communication and teaching skills with a people-oriented, supportive approach to coaching.
A completed technical education in the aeronautical field, OR a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace production.
Excellent spoken English: You must possess fluent, confident, and highly articulate verbal communication skills in English
