Technical Writer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities ●

• Runbook & SOP Creation: Author detailed operational runbooks, SOPs, and architecture decision logs. ●
• Enablement Material: Create technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for operational personnel. ●
• Docs-as-Code Pipeline: Implement Docs-as-Code workflows using Git, Markdown, AsciiDoc, and MkDocs within CI/CD pipelines. ●
• Diagramming & Formatting: Produce technical architecture diagrams (Draw.io, Mermaid).

Technical Qualifications & Skills ●

• Must Have: ○ 3+ years in technical writing for complex software or cloud infrastructure projects. ○
• Mastery of documentation publishing tools (Confluence, AsciiDoc, Markdown, MkDocs). ○
• Conceptual understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technology. ○
• Experience with Docs-as-Code methods and Git workflows. ○
• Proficiency in technical diagramming tools (Draw.io, Mermaid).
