Techniker - Wartung & Instandhaltung / (Senior) Equipment Technician (m/w/d)

- Master the Machinery: Execute advanced preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot complex, high-level equipment issues with minimal engineering guidance.
- Lead & Inspire: Act as a mentor! Lead junior technicians in daily PM and troubleshooting activities, ensure checklists are flawlessly completed, and coach newcomers to success.
- Optimize & Innovate: Have an eagle eye for detail? You will identify subtle equipment deviations (e.g., rough movements, worn components), report abnormalities, and help drive process stability.
- Shape the Standards: Contribute directly to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate basic tool troubleshooting for the wider team.
- Manage Resources: Take ownership of the parts lifecycle—managing scrapped parts and ensuring our inventory is always sufficient and ready to go.
- Champion Safety: Identify safety risks, create basic safety SOPs, and provide essential safety training to keep your team secure.
- Education: Successfully completed vocational training in an industrial or mechanical field (IHK certified: Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker or Elektriker).
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industry experience is nice to have.
- Global Mindset: Practical English skills (Level B1). You must be able to read technical documentation, complete your interview in English, and be excited to travel to Taiwan for a 6 - 9-month comprehensive training program.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work an 8-hour shift model, which includes nights, weekends, and sometimes public holidays.
- Work Style: You are highly reliable, structured, and safety-oriented.
- Attitude: A team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with us.
