Thermal Engineer (all genders)

As a member of a cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in our satellite design, ensuring optimal thermal performance in the harsh and variable space environment. You will contribute to the top-level design and requirement definition. Your expertise in thermal engineering will be invaluable in ensuring that all satellite components operate within temperature limits throughout their mission lifecycle.

• Responsible for analysis, conceptual sizing and design of thermal control system
• Develop thermal models and conduct analyses to predict satellite thermal performance.
• Support thermal and thermal-vacuum testing of satellites and satellite sub-systems.
• Provide consultation to hardware developers in design decisions and material selection.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
• Manage thermal interfaces with external vendors and partners to ensure optimal thermal system performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in thermal system design, analysis, and testing.
• Knowledge of the design and lifecycle of satellites and their subsystems.
• Proficiency in thermal modeling and simulation tools such as Simcenter 3D.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
