Transport Planer - Dispatcher Frankfurt (m/w/d)

• Decide best carrier & transport solution per order & country
• Book & organise all orders
• Create route planning + dispatch partners
• Create load planning + submit to warehouses
• Execute milkruns
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, creation & checking of ADR paperwork, general customer service
• Manual tracking updates & POD in client system
• Checking costs, logging transports + prepare invoicing
• Check partner invoices

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or SAP.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local and international transport laws, loading limits, and driver rest-time regulations (such as tachograph rules).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, geographical awareness, multi-tasking, and clear communication under tight deadlines.
• Education: Training or study in logistics and transport management. Job experience as customer service agent, transport planer/manger or dispatcher in the logistics environment. Experience with ADR shipments preferred.
• English and German language skills are mandatory
• A third language skills e.g. French are a plus
