UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben: abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll:

• Design and develop UX concepts for desktop and mobile applications in collaboration with product owners, developers and fellow UX Designers
• Translate business requirements and research insights into product features using Design System components
• Facilitate UX workshops with a Service Design Thinking mindset to support and shape business concepts
• Create UX/UI concepts with a hands-on approach using Figma, Figjam and other relevant design tools
• Contribute to the company´s digital acceleration and the evolution of its digital product landscape
• Actively participate in and contribute to the design and developer community within a multicultural environment

Stärken: fachlich und persönlich:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development environment. Desirably in logistics or similar fields
• Expert skills in Figma. Strong UX/UI design skills and Design System integration showcased in your portfolio
• Expert skills on working with UX Specifications in tools like Figjam, Miro, Confluence & Jira Expertise in accessibility standards and UXD interaction principles
• Proficiency in Service Design Thinking Toolkit incl. Workshop facilitation skills, written and verbal
• Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environment with willingness to adapt learn from different working cultures
• English fluent in spoken and written, German and French an advantage Willingness to travel
