Warehouse Team Leader (m/w/d)

• Support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 10-15 warehouse employees, ensuring efficient task allocation and smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate daily workforce planning, including shift assignments, attendance, absences, and holiday scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor daily performance and key KPIs, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and on-time processing.
• Act as an operational point of contact for customers, handling daily requests and communication in English.
• Support the resolution of operational issues, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (e.g., Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or at least 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Good command of German or English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and support a warehouse team.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail, quality, and efficiency.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and operational standards, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
