This is a hands-on engineering role – perfect for picking up real-world experience fast. You will work directly with our hardware team, assembling and testing real power electronics hardware – the kind of advanced circuitry that handles high currents, switching frequencies and demanding industrial environments. If you are excited by the idea of getting your hands on complex electronics and learning from experienced engineers in a start-up that moves fast, this is for you. Remote Work On-site presence at our Stuttgart-Vaihingen office is required. Remote work is not foreseen for this role. Salary & Working Hours Salary in accordance with experience. Company working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The arrangement of working hours can be kept flexible within this framework. - Assemble and test power electronics hardware to high quality standards
- Perform SMD and THT soldering on complex PCBs
- Support troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies
- Work from circuit diagrams and technical specifications
Qualification & Experience
- Field of study: Electrical Engineering
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and a willingness to lend a hand
- Basic Knowledge with Altium Designer, KiCad or Solidworks
- Electrical Practical experience with soldering work (SMD and THT)
- Completed or current course modules: Leistungselektronik I, Elektrische Energienetze, Hochspannungstechnik I
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical drawings
- German or English – written and spoken
“Nice To Have”
- Advanced knowledge with Altium Designer, KiCad or Solidworks Electrical
- Completed modules: Leistungselektronik II, Elektrische Energienetze II
- Qualification as a certified electrical professional (Elektrofachkraft)
