Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) Corporate Development

• Contribute to and take ownership of individual workstreams within company-wide strategy projects focused on efficiency and top-line growth
• Support the Corporate Development team across a broad portfolio of projects, from strategic initiatives to cross-functional efficiency and growth topics
• Work hands-on with stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Innovation
• Take ownership of defined work packages, including research, analysis, documentation, and follow-up on next steps
• Prepare and tailor presentation materials for various stakeholders, including senior management
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support selected projects, including contributing to the development of business cases
• Perform market and competitor analyses to identify optimization opportunities

• Student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• First practical experience in consulting, corporate strategy/development, or a clear ambition to build a career in consulting or a comparable analytical environment would be an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Enjoys cross-functional work and contact with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) and a critical eye for their output
• Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
