Widebody Cabin Project Manager(d/m/w) AIRBUS (Projektingenieur/in)

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving risk and opportunity management within the Cabin/ESI/MSI scope.
• Contributing to, and applying, parts of the overall program strategy, including continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting or leading strategic, de-risking, competitive, and improvement projects aligned with program objectives.
• Creating, coordinating, and delivering project management milestone documentation using established methodologies.
• Managing crises by exception, including arbitration between programs, line-fit, and in-service requirements.
• Helping to establish new ways of working within the team and participating in Widebody Program governance activities.
• Handling budget allocation through Airbus Operational Planning (AOP) and decision-making for specific budget lines.

We are seeking a professional with a blend of skills, education, and experience to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role. You will need to meet the following requirements:

• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, project leadership, project management, or supply chain functions.
• Demonstrate expertise in cost management (both recurring and non-recurring costs).
• Bring strong knowledge in areas like risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous tasks.
• Have fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German or French is considered a plus.
• Experience with cabin design or a PM certification is advantageous.
