Own and ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Hammersbach site
Act as first-level support for WMS incidents, working closely with users, second-level support and external IT service providers
Support the implementation, rollout and further development of the WMS, including testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare activities
Deliver training sessions for employees and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer, including the development of backup Key Users
Ensure compliance with global standards (PEP), maintain master data, configure the system and monitor relevant KPI
Support and implementation of WMS related projects

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within an FMCG or comparable environment
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and their interfaces with other business functions
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience in working with IT-driven solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change effectively
Excellent communication and training skills, and fluency in English
