Working Student AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Work directly with the founder on high-autonomy production work:

• Build the orchestration layer for multi-agent systems handling real enterprise workflows
• Architect reliability infrastructure that makes LLMs production-ready
• Contribute to funded research projects
• This isn't about prototypes—you'll ship code that runs in production.

• Python & FastAPI (Strict typing, Pydantic everywhere)
• Local/Sovereign LLMs (LiteLLM for abstraction)
• Vector Search (Qdrant) & Observability (Langfuse and OpenTelemetry)
• Architecture: Deterministic State Machines & Knowledge Graphs
• You know that ‘pip install openai’ is not an AI strategy.
• You want to learn how to build reliable agents that survive in production.
• You care about clean code, Docker, and git.
