Working Student Marketing and Communications (m/f/d)

Website & digital content:

• You maintain and update our website using WordPress and Elementor.
• You make sure that content, visuals and information are accurate, up to date and consistently presented. Publications & communication materials:
• You support the creation and design of NGMN publications and other communication materials.
• Using Adobe InDesign, you work within our existing corporate design and ensure that layouts are clear, consistent and carefully executed.Presentations for conferences and executive audiences:
• You create and update PowerPoint presentations and communication materials for conferences and executive-level audiences.
• You translate content into clear, well-structured and visually consistent slides and work confidently with templates, master slides and our corporate design.Social media & content creation:
• You support the development of content and visuals for our social media channels.
• You help turn technical and corporate topics into clear, relevant and visually engaging communication.Photo, video & video editing:
• You support the creation and editing of photo and video content.
• Using Adobe Premiere Pro, you edit video material and prepare content for the respective communication channels and formats.Newsletters:
• You support the preparation and creation of newsletters and help ensure that content is accurate, well structured and published on time.
• Experience with SendGrid is an advantage.Events:
• You support the preparation, organisation and delivery of internal and external events.
• Particularly in the run-up to events, workloads can increase. During these phases, we rely on you to stay organised, prioritise carefully and support the team wherever needed.Data maintenance:
• You maintain and update relevant data and information carefully and reliably.
• Accuracy and a structured approach are particularly important in this part of the role.Day-to-day support for Marketing & Communications:
• You work closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager and support the team with both demanding communication projects and practical day-to-day tasks.
• You recognise what needs to be done, think ahead and do not wait for detailed instructions for every individual step. At the same time, you are equally comfortable taking care of smaller supporting tasks when they are needed.

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• are currently enrolled at a university; a focus on marketing, marketing, design, communications, or a related field, but another field of study is equally welcome if you bring the required skills
• work carefully, carefully, reliably, and in a well-organised manner
• have a strong eye for detail and consistently maintain high-quality standards
• can familiarise yourself quickly with new topics and understand what is required
• take inititake initiative, think ahead, and independently identify tasks to be completed
• enjoy combining structured work with creative communication
• communicate confidently in an international environment
• have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and are comfortable participating in meetings and writing texts in English
• are willing to support the team flexibly during particularly busy periods, especially ahead of internal and external events
