Working Student (m/f/d) Frontend Growth Team

You build frontend features for our Growth and Conversion team, in our Flutter app and our React web, that turn visitors into customers. You work closely with our engineers and use AI tools to build faster and smarter. You start by working on tasks together with your peers, then take on smaller features independently, and grow into bigger engineering tasks over time. No practice exercises, real features that go live and that thousands of people use. Your Results We think in outcomes, not task lists. If you are successful, here is what that looks like: Month 3 (ramp-up)

• You work on tasks together with your peers and find your way around our codebase and tools.
• You’re getting to know the team and the team.
• You’re getting familiar with energy specific wording and processes.

• You work independently on smaller tasks and ship them to production.
• You know how the team and the processes inside work.
• You feel comfortable with the setup and tooling.
• You can deliver AI-supported high-quality outcome.

• You contribute to your tech-chapter.
• You’re an energy market expert.

• Frontend builder: You are comfortable with Flutter and React and enjoy turning ideas into working UI.
• AI-native: AI coding tools are a natural part of how you build, and you use them to move faster.
• Communicator: You communicate clearly and openly, which matters a lot in how we work.
• Student: You are enrolled, ideally in computer science or a related field, can work regular working-student hours and are based in or near Hamburg for our office.
• Nice to have: German at around B1 level.
