What You’ll Really Do

• Diagnosis over gut feeling: You analyze customer challenges and competitive landscapes—the foundation for pitches and go-to-market decisions, not just busywork.
• Executive-ready pitch materials: You contribute to business cases, concepts, and presentations that are shown in real client meetings and internal reviews.
• Visible impact in content: You help create materials for sales and marketing campaigns—from website content to campaign assets.
• Projects with your name on them: Depending on current team needs, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end—this could be a revamped case study library, a competitive research deck for a new target group, a content strategy for a campaign topic, or preparing an RFP response. The standard remains: you get responsibility, not just support tasks.
• Ad-hoc support: Anything that’s currently a priority—with varying complexity, but always with visible impact.

Your Skill Set

• Academic background: You’re currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience: First insights into strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or solution engineering are a plus but not required—what matters most is your ability to work into complex subjects and draw sound conclusions.
• Skills: You have a keen sense for strategically structured, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and confidently work with complex Excel models, for example, to develop business cases.
• Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility without being asked, and have a solution-oriented, consultative approach—seeing ambiguity as an invitation, not an obstacle.
• Language skills: Fluent communication in both German and English, coupled with the ability to clearly and concisely convey even complex topics.
