Automotive Support Trainer/Training Developer (m/w/d) (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Design and update technical service training for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
• Align training content with us and the European distributor network
• Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
• Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)

Your profile:

• A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
• Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service, from a dealership or workshop environment
• A genuine interest in training and education combined with proven training experience is required
• Business fluent English skills (C1 level or higher)
• Strong self-organization and presentation skills, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning - A car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage
