Your IMPACT:

  • Design and continuously enhance the EcoXpert channel program for KNX, creating attractive incentives to drive partner adoption and sales
  • Identify, recruit and onboard qualified EcoXpert partners to expand the channel ecosystem in target markets
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support KNX solutions
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, driving engagement, loyalty and channel sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance (sales, pipeline, engagement) and implement improvements to optimize results

Your Profile:

  • Several years experiencein channel management or a related field, preferably within the electrical or industrial automation industry
  • Strong understanding of theEcoXpertpartner program and its benefits for partners and Schneider Electric Proventrack recordof building and managing successful channel partner networks
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills to cultivate strong partnerships
  • Experience in developing and delivering channel enablement programs, including training and sales support tools
  • Fluency in English with strong German language skills
