YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure quality assurance throughout construction and closeout phases while coordinating with all project stakeholders
Quality Control & Defects Management: Oversee quality control and manage Defects Liability Period requirements
Issue Tracking & Resolution: Manage issue identification, tracking, and resolution processes using project management software
Site Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with contractual quality standards
Health & Safety Leadership: Lead and champion Health & Safety standards and High-Risk Activity compliance on site with daily oversight
Handover & Documentation: Coordinate handover processes and prepare Project Closeout documentation

YOUR SKILLS

Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent technical training
Extensive experience as Quality Manager on large-scale data center projects
Deep expertise in quality control and Defects Liability Period management
Proficiency in project management software and quality management tools
Experience with stakeholder management and coordination across multiple project teams
Strong leadership presence and visible on-site availability
Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
