YOUR MISSION

Lead Integration Coordination: Coordinate technical infrastructure and integration scopes from design through construction, phased access, operational readiness, and final handover
Manage Design Phase Deliverables: Develop procurement strategies, produce Integration Requirements Document and Drawings by 60% Design phase, establish Early Access and Beneficial Use milestones
Coordinate Technical Packages: Oversee telecommunications, structured cabling, network infrastructure, security, audio-visual, radio, and furniture, manage interdependencies and hand-offs across all teams
Own Material Procurement: Manage bills of materials, supplier quotes, required-on-site dates, and vendor interfaces
Drive On-Site Execution & Quality: Act as full-time on-site representative, manage installation quality, compliance and punch lists
Lead Health, Safety & Risk Management: Identify and escalate safety, quality, schedule, and cost risks
Ensure Operational Readiness & Closeout: Coordinate phased access, beneficial-use readiness and operational turnover

YOUR SKILLS

Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
Extensive experience as Integration Manager on large-scale data center projects (design and construction phase expertise)
Deep expertise in data center specifications and integration of Network Infrastructure, Telecoms, Security, Audio/Visual, IP Communications, and Facilities systems
Strong knowledge of phasing strategies, procurement management and Bill of Materials development
Proficiency in project management and quality assurance software tools
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate complex interdependencies across multiple project teams
