Equipment Engineer (m/f/d) - Start Date: 1.January 2027

- Maintain equipment performance in a cleanroom environment to support stable, high-quality production.
- Handle on-duty tasks and perform fundamental alarm troubleshooting.
- Install and qualify new tool sets according to project plans and schedules.
- Identify root causes and solve critical equipment issues.
- Improve tool uptime and availability while driving defect reduction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
- Build defense and monitoring systems to prevent equipment failures and performance loss.
- Manage vendor relationships and act as module liaison with facilities, vendors, and manufacturing shift personnel. Support scheduled night shifts, evening shifts, weekend work, on-duty assignments, and on-call duties as required in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Legally eligible to work in Germany.
- Available for approximately one year of on-the-job training in Taiwan.
- Open for scheduled and occasional shift work, on call duty.
- Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, material engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Practical experience in a mechanical or equipment-related field.
- Understanding of technical documentation and schematics.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
- Fluent in English with good command of German.
- Hands-on working attitude with an open mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform physical work on tools in a cleanroom environment.
