  • Design and execute experiments, interpret complex results, and derive actionable insights from data sets to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve precision control at atomic levels.
  • Apply statistical process control methods to establish and sustain robust and stable manufacturing processes.
  • Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to support capacity expansion while maintaining speed, stability, and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with equipment and material suppliers and internal engineering partners to identify technology gaps, process limitations, and improvement opportunities, and evaluate sustainable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in process stability, capability, yield, productivity, quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Support manufacturing operations in a 24/7 high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment, including scheduled evening shifts, weekend support, on-duty, and on-call responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Legally eligible to work in Germany.
  • Available for approximately one year of on-the-job training in Taiwan.
  • Open for scheduled and occasional shift work, on call duty.
  • Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, material engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Practical experience in a mechanical or equipment-related field.
  • Understanding of technical documentation and schematics.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with good command of German.
  • Hands-on working attitude with an open mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform physical work on tools in a cleanroom environment.
