Design and execute experiments, interpret complex results, and derive actionable insights from data sets to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve precision control at atomic levels.
Apply statistical process control methods to establish and sustain robust and stable manufacturing processes.
Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to support capacity expansion while maintaining speed, stability, and quality.
Collaborate effectively with equipment and material suppliers and internal engineering partners to identify technology gaps, process limitations, and improvement opportunities, and evaluate sustainable solutions.
Drive continuous improvements in process stability, capability, yield, productivity, quality, reliability, and safety.
Support manufacturing operations in a 24/7 high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment, including scheduled evening shifts, weekend support, on-duty, and on-call responsibilities based on business needs.

Legally eligible to work in Germany.
Available for approximately one year of on-the-job training in Taiwan.
Open for scheduled and occasional shift work, on call duty.
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, material engineering, or an equivalent field.
Practical experience in a mechanical or equipment-related field.
Understanding of technical documentation and schematics.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
Fluent in English with good command of German.
Hands-on working attitude with an open mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform physical work on tools in a cleanroom environment.
