“Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff” (m/f/d)

Every week is different. **One day you might optimize warehouse operations, the next you'll coordinate a product launch, improve our customer experience, implement Al tools or work with suppliers to solve production challenges. ** You'll become an extension of the founders and help move the business forward wherever it's needed most. *

• Work directly with the founders on day-to-day business challenges. *
• Be the key link between the founders and the wider team. *
• Take ownership of operational projects from idea to execution. *
• Improve processes across operations, logistics, customer experience and product. *
• Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• * Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.
• * Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making.
• * Implement Al tools and automation across the organization.
• * Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively.
• * Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree *
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. *
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution. *
• You enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions. *
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• * Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• * Experience with Excel, Notion and Al tools such as Claude is a plus.
• * Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations or consumer brands is a plus-but attitude matters more than your CV.
