Our team of 170+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!). About the Position As a (Jr.) Corporate Development Manager, you will support the team behind HOLY’s organisational growth - the structures, processes, and cross-functional information flows that help us scale effectively. Working closely with our Corporate Development Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help run and continuously improve core company rhythms such as yearly strategic planning cycles, quarterly goal-setting processes across teams, leadership meetings, and internal processes, tools and communication. You will also contribute to high-impact organisational initiatives, taking ownership of defined workstreams or projects; turning complex topics into clear, structured, and actionable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and hands-on execution — and who wants to grow into a trusted driver of organisational excellence at one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands.
Responsibilities: Manage and improve our Organisational Operating System
- Support the continuous development of HOLY’s company-wide operating system, helping us create the structures, processes, and cross-functional information flows we need to scale effectively. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of core elements and become a trusted driver of organisational clarity and execution. Support company-wide strategic planning:
- Help prepare, coordinate, and improve our yearly roadmap planning and quarterly goal-setting processes by structuring inputs, consolidating information across teams, preparing materials, and ensuring clear follow-through on timelines and next steps. Run key company and leadership meetings:
- Support and increasingly own the preparation, execution, documentation, and follow-up of selected company-wide and leadership meetings, ensuring discussions are well-structured, decisions are captured, and action items are followed up reliably. Strengthen internal communication and information flow:
- Facilitate clear, timely, and structured communication across the organisation by improving how information is shared, documented, and made accessible to relevant stakeholders. Improve collaboration tools and ways of working:
- Own and continuously improve core internal collaboration tools such as Notion and Slack, identifying friction points and creating more scalable, user-friendly, and efficient workflows. Leverage AI to improve organisational efficiency: Identify opportunities to use AI to automate, simplify, or improve recurring processes, documentation, internal communication, meeting preparation, or knowledge management.
Drive high-impact organisational initiatives Contribute to strategic and organisational initiatives that help HOLY scale from a fast-growing company into a globally leading better-for-you soft drink brand. You will start by owning clearly defined workstreams and grow into independently managing projects end-to-end with increasing levels of ownership and impact. Own defined project workstreams:
- Take responsibility for selected workstreams within broader organisational initiatives, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, preparation of materials, follow-up tracking, and delivery of high-quality outputs. Manage organisational projects end-to-end:
- Independently coordinate smaller organisational projects from definition to execution, ensuring clear milestones, pragmatic solutions, and measurable progress. Support strategic topics with structured analysis:
- Prepare analyses, decision documents, presentations, and structured recommendations that help leadership and cross-functional teams make better decisions. Contribute across the organisation:
- Support founders, leadership and selected cross-functional projects with ad-hoc tasks, problem-solving, hands-on execution, strong communication, and structured coordination, building the foundation to take on larger ownership over time.
About You Structured and reliable: Brings clarity to complex topics, works in a highly organised way, and can be trusted to keep projects, timelines, and stakeholders on track. Hands-on and pragmatic:
- Takes ownership quickly, enjoys solving problems practically, and gets things done without overcomplicating the process. Analytical and results-oriented:
- Is comfortable working through ambiguity, turning information into clear insights, and translating ideas into actionable recommendations. High attention to detail:
- Cares deeply about quality, accuracy, and clear presentation - whether preparing a leadership update, improving a Notion page, or coordinating a project. Clear and low-ego communicator:
- Communicates progress transparently, asks the right questions, and collaborates respectfully with stakeholders across teams and seniority levels. Strong team player:
- Brings positive energy, reliability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-moving environment, and enjoys contributing to ambitious teams with high standards.
