(Junior) Recruitment Manager (all genders)

You organise, participate actively, and facilitate presentations of all programmes (Bachelor / Master) in online and offline events (at higher education fairs and at target high-schools) across Europe

• You organise and welcome visitors, applicants, and families on-campus
• You are proactive in identifying new market opportunities and in strengthening existing ones (high-schools, fairs, delegates, etc.)
• You manage and timely follow up leads through our CRM system
• You communicate with the local and federal Marketing & Recruiting Managers for further recruitment actions (mailings, campaigns, initiatives, marketing material, etc.)

You have completed vocational training or a university degree

• You have previous experience working directly with customers. Experience in sales or in higher education is a plus
• You work in an independent, structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner; your commitment and ability to work under pressure are matched by your assertiveness and creative drive
• You enjoy working in an international team and travelling throughout Europe on a regular basis
• You have excellent English skills. Good knowledge of German is an advantage
